SB315-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB315-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: after "placement" insert "or maintenance".

SB315-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: after " placement" insert "and maintenance".

SB315-SA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 6: after "on" insert ", or maintaining a structure placed on,".

SB315-SA1,1,5 4. Page 2, line 7: after "placed" insert "or maintained".

SB315-SA1,1,7 5. Page 2, line 11: delete "person to place" and substitute "placement or maintenance of".

SB315-SA1,1,8 6. Page 2, line 12: delete "person".

SB315-SA1,1,10 7. Page 2, line 13: delete "placed the structure" and substitute "structure was placed or maintained".

SB315-SA1,1,11 8. Page 2, line 14: delete lines 14 to 17 and substitute:

SB315-SA1,2,4 "(b) The department determined that the placement or maintenance of the structure is exempt from any permit or other approval requirement under subch. II of ch. 30 or under s. 281.36 and the structure is placed and maintained in accordance with the department's exemption.".

SB315-SA1,2,6 9. Page 2, line 18: delete "described" and substitute "authorized by the department or otherwise allowed to place or maintain the structure".

SB315-SA1,2,7 10. Page 2, line 20: delete that line and substitute:
