SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 333

SB333-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB333-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: after "subd. 2." insert "or 3.".

SB333-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 9: delete "2. of the statutes is" and substitute "2. and 3. of the statutes are".

SB333-SA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute:

SB333-SA1,1,8 "440.05 (1) (a) 2. If the fee for an initial credential determined under s. 440.03 (9) (a) is more than $40, the department shall reduce the fee according to the following procedure, subject to subd. 3.:".

SB333-SA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 21: after that line insert:

SB333-SA1,1,11 "3. If an amount of a reduced fee determined under subd. 2. c. is less than $40, the reduced fee shall be $40 instead of that amount.".
