SB360-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB360-SA1,1,2 1. Page 33, line 21: after that line insert:

SB360-SA1,1,4 " Section 139m. Trans 253.06 (4m) of the administrative code is created to read:

SB360-SA1,1,8 Trans 253.06 (4m) Class "B" highways. The vehicle is not operated upon a class "B" highway, as classified in accordance with s. 348.16, Stats., with a gross weight exceeding that permitted by statute on class "B" highways unless written permission has first been obtained from the officer in charge of the maintenance of the highway.".
