SB43-SA6,1,2 1. Page 8, line 6: after that line insert:

SB43-SA6,1,3 " Section 12j. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB43-SA6,1,8 (1) A secrecy order entered under section 968.26 of the statutes that is in effect on the effective date of this subsection may apply only to persons listed in section 968.26 (4) (a) of the statutes, as created by this act. A secrecy order covering persons not listed in section 968.26 (4) (a) of the statutes, as created by this act, is terminated on the effective date of this subsection.".
