SB434-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB434-SA2,1,2 21. Page 25, line 14: delete lines 14 to 21 and substitute:
SB434-SA2,1,3 3" Section 84m. 77.89 (1) (c) of the statutes is created to read:
SB434-SA2,1,104 77.89 (1) (c) The department shall distribute from the appropriation under s.
520.370 (1) (mv) of the statutes $4,600,000 in fiscal year 2016-17, $6,000,000 in fiscal
6year 2017-18, and $7,000,000 in fiscal year 2018-19 among treasurers of each
7municipality in which is located land subject to a managed forest land order that is
8designated as closed to public access under s. 77.83 (1). The department shall
9distribute to each municipal treasurer an amount in proportion to the number of
10acres of closed land in that municipality.
SB434-SA2,84q 11Section 84q. 77.89 (2) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB434-SA2,2,512 77.89 (2) (a) Each municipal treasurer shall pay 20% of each payment received
13under sub. (1) (a) and, (b), and (c) and under ss. 77.84 (2) (a), (am), and (bp), 77.85,

1and 77.876 to the county treasurer and shall deposit the remainder in the municipal
2treasury. The payment to the county treasurer for money received before November
31 of any year shall be made on or before the November 15 after its receipt. For money
4received on or after November 1 of any year, the payment to the county treasurer
5shall be made on or before November 15 of the following year.".
SB434-SA2,2,6 62. Page 27, line 6: after that line insert:
SB434-SA2,2,7 7" Section 89m. Fiscal changes.
SB434-SA2,2,13 8(1) Distribution of closed acreage fees. In the schedule under section 20.005
9(3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under
10section 20.370 (1) (mv) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar
11amount is increased by $4,600,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium
12in which this subsection takes effect to make the distribution required under section
1377.89 (1) (c) of the statutes, as created by this act.".
