SB434-SSA1-SA2,1,3 3" Section 14m. 77.06 (1) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB434-SSA1-SA2,1,64 77.06 (1) (bm) No person meeting the requirements of par. (b) 2. a. to d. may
5act for a landowner under this subsection where such an act would create a conflict
6of interest with the practice of sound forestry.".
