SB44-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB44-AA10,1,2 1. Page 3, line 20: after that line insert:

SB44-AA10,1,5 "(c) This subsection does not apply if the department of workforce development determines that wages in the private sector have decreased from 2015 levels by 50 percent or more.".

SB44-AA10,1,7 2. Page 4, line 8: after " par. (c)" insert "unless, under s. 111.04 (3) (c), s. 111.04 (3) does not apply".

SB44-AA10,1,9 3. Page 4, line 14: delete " unless there is an all-union agreement in effect." and substitute "unless there is an all-union agreement in effect.".

SB44-AA10,1,11 4. Page 4, line 16: delete that line and substitute "termination This paragraph applies to the extent permitted under federal law.".
