SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 446

SB446-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB446-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "lodging".

SB446-SA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 3: delete "establishments and".

SB446-SA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 5: delete that line and substitute:

SB446-SA1,1,8 "(b) "Residential dwelling" means any building, structure, or part of the building or structure, that is primarily used and occupied for human habitation or intended to be so used and includes any appurtenances belonging to it or usually enjoyed with it.".

SB446-SA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 20: delete lines 20 and 21.

SB446-SA1,1,10 5. Page 3, line 1: delete lines 1 to 17.

SB446-SA1,1,11 6. Page 3, line 19: delete "July" and substitute "May".
