SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 457

SB457-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB457-SA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 7: delete "that produces nuclear" and substitute ", except that "wholesale merchant plant" includes an electric generating facility or an improvement to an electric generating facility that is subject to a leased generation contract, as defined in s. 196.52 (9) (a) 3.".

SB457-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 8: delete that line.

SB457-SA1,1,10 3.
