SB487-SA5,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "children" insert "and notification of ward's change of location".

SB487-SA5,1,4 2. Page 2, line 18: after that line insert:

SB487-SA5,1,5 " Section 2m. 54.25 (1) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

SB487-SA5,1,9 54.25 (1) (c) Unless a court orders otherwise, provide notice to any spouse, adult child, adult grandchild, parent, and adult sibling of the ward if the ward's location of residence changes or if the ward stays at a location other than the ward's residence.".
