SB493-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB493-SA1,1,3 1. Page 5, line 5: delete "A spring that provides water to an" and substitute "An".

SB493-SA1,1,5 2. Page 5, line 6: after "as part of a fish farm" insert ", regardless of its water source, including an artificial water body that is fed by a spring".

SB493-SA1,1,6 3. Page 6, line 20: delete "A dam" and substitute "An existing dam".

SB493-SA1,1,7 4. Page 6, line 20: delete "a fish farm" and substitute "an existing fish farm".

SB493-SA1,1,8 5. Page 7, line 5: delete lines 5 to 12.
