(1) (c) 2. An intermediate agency or publisher
referred to in s. 102.07
7(6) of a newspaper or magazine may, under its own contract of insurance, cover
8liability of
employees as defined in s. 102.07 (6)
persons selling or distributing the
9newspaper or magazine on the street or from house to house for an intermediate or
10independent news agency, if the contract of insurance of the publisher or
11intermediate agency is endorsed to cover those persons. If the publisher so covers,
12the intermediate or independent news agency need not cover liability for those
13persons.".
