SB604-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: after "disabilities." insert "(1)".

SB604-SA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

SB604-SA2,1,10 "(2) (a) The department shall include information on its Internet site, on the web page that relates to this state's Wisconsin 529 College Savings Program, in the area concerning ABLE accounts, current information on each state that offers ABLE accounts, information on how residents of this state may participate in those ABLE accounts, and links to resources to provide information about ABLE accounts in those states. The department shall also provide such information in written materials it prepares about ABLE accounts.

SB604-SA2,1,12 (b) The department of financial institutions shall publish on its Internet site information about ABLE accounts similar to information described in par. (a).".
