ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 640

SB640-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB640-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: delete "independent financial audits of".

SB640-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 4: after that line insert:

SB640-AA1,1,4 " Section 6m. 118.60 (4t) of the statutes is created to read:

SB640-AA1,1,9 118.60 (4t) If, after the 3rd Friday in September in any school year, a private school participating in the program under this section closes, the governing body of the private school shall pay to the department the sum of the amount received by the private school under subs. (4) and (4m) for each pupil who attended the private school under this section in that school year.".

SB640-AA1,1,11 " Section 11m. 119.23 (4t) of the statutes is created to read:
