SB70-SA4,1,3 " Section 8m. 948.605 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

SB70-SA4,1,8 948.605 (4) An exemption under sub. (2) (b) 2d., 2f., or 2h. or (3) (b) 5., 6., or 7. applies only if the law enforcement officer or former officer has had training on conflict resolution and cultural competency that complies with standards, and that occurred within a period, determined by the agency that employs or employed the officer or by the department of justice.".
