SB70-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB70-SA5,1,4 1. Page 2, line 4: after "2d." insert "Any of the following if the school, at its discretion, enters into a memorandum of understanding with the officer or, if appropriate, the public agency that employs the officer:

SB70-SA5,1,6 2. Page 2, line 7: delete that line.

SB70-SA5,1,7 3. Page 2, line 8: delete "948.605 (2) (b) 2f." and substitute "b.".

SB70-SA5,1,8 4. Page 2, line 10: delete "2h." and substitute "c.".

SB70-SA5,1,9 5. Page 2, line 20: delete ", 6. and 7.".

SB70-SA5,1,10 6. Page 2, line 20: delete "are" and substitute "is".

SB70-SA5,2,3 7. Page 2, line 21: delete "a person" and substitute "any of the following if the school, at its discretion, enters into a memorandum of understanding with the officer or, if appropriate, the public agency that employs the officer:
