SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO SENATE BILL 735

SB735-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB735-SA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: delete that line and substitute "and 59.67 (2).".

SB735-SA3,1,3 2. Page 3, line 6: delete "150" and substitute "200".

SB735-SA3,1,4 3. Page 3, line 8: delete "150" and substitute "200".

SB735-SA3,1,5 4. Page 3, line 12: delete "150" and substitute "200".

SB735-SA3,1,6 5. Page 3, line 18: after that line insert:

SB735-SA3,1,7 " Section 2d. 59.17 (2) (b) 9. of the statutes is created to read:

SB735-SA3,2,2 59.17 (2) (b) 9. Enter into an agreement with a local workforce development board established under 29 USC 2832 and pay the local workforce development board each fiscal year for job training and workforce development programs, from the revenue received from debt collection under subd. 8., $1,000,000 or 50 percent of the amount collected, whichever is less. An agreement under this subdivision may not be in effect for more than one year and may be renegotiated at any time.".

SB735-SA3,2,5 6. Page 5, line 13: after "2016." insert "For purposes of this subdivision, delinquent property taxes may be certified for collection 90 days after the due date of the last installment.".
