ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 37, line 12: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,4 “(h) The corporation shall contract with a business certified under sub. (3). The contract shall require the business to do all of the following:

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,6 1. Employ at least 3,000 full-time employees in this state on January 1, 2021, and at all times thereafter during the effective period of the zone under sub. (2).

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,8 2. Make a minimum significant capital investment, as determined by the corporation, in the electronics and information technology manufacturing zone.

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,10 3. Repay all tax benefits the business has claimed if the business fails to satisfy subd. 1. or 2.”.
