SB3-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB3-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 5: after “land" insert “ and agricultural assets".

SB3-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 6: after “group." insert “For purposes of this paragraph, “agricultural assets” means facilities and property, including farm related equipment, tools, machinery, or livestock of a farmer, that are essential to farming.".

SB3-SA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 21: after “land" insert “and agricultural assets".

SB3-SA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 22: after “excluded." insert “For purposes of this subdivision, “agricultural assets” means facilities and property, including farm related equipment, tools, machinery, or livestock of a farmer, that are essential to farming.".
