AB195-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: after “limitations" insert “and conditions".

AB195-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 15: after “Limitations" insert “and conditions".

AB195-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 25: after that line insert:

AB195-AA1,1,6 “6. If the parents of a stillbirth are unmarried, the maximum amount that may be claimed by each parent under this subsection is $1,000 for each stillbirth.

AB195-AA1,1,9 7. To claim the credit under this subsection, a claimant shall submit with his or her return, for the taxable year to which the claim relates, proof of eligibility. A fetal death report demonstrates proof of eligibility.”.
