AB243-AA1,1,4 42. Page 1, line 6: after “available" insert “and subject to paragraph (b)".

AB243-AA1,1,5 53. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB243-AA1,1,9 6“(b) Prior to conducting the study under paragraph (a), the department of
7workforce development shall submit the design for the proposed study to the joint
8committee on finance. The department may not conduct the study unless the joint
9committee on finance approves the design of the study.”.
