AB348-ASA1-AA10,1,2 1. Page 11, line 23: delete “and (4)" and substitute “, (4), and (5) (d)".

AB348-ASA1-AA10,1,3 2. Page 21, line 21: after that line insert:

AB348-ASA1-AA10,1,6 “(d) A political subdivision may prohibit the installation or collocation of small wireless facilities in a right-of-way if the political subdivision determines that the prohibition is necessary to protect public health or safety.”.
