AB348-ASA1-AA15,1,7 “(10) In-state contractors. In engaging contractors for projects to collocate wireless facilities or install or maintain utility poles or wireless support structures, a wireless provider shall ensure that no less than 85 percent of the work for each project is performed by contractors whose commercial domiciles, as defined in s. 71.01 (1b), are in this state, as determined by the department of revenue.”.
