AB348-ASA1-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB348-ASA1-AA9,2,2 1. Page 20, line 7: delete lines 7 to 9 and substitute “than 30 days beginning after the approval of the application. At the time of acceptance of the good faith estimate by the applicant, the applicant shall provide the state or political subdivision with a date for the installation of the small wireless facility, which shall be no sooner than 120 days after the date of acceptance of the good faith estimate. Make-ready work, including any pole replacement, must be completed on or before the installation date provided by the applicant. If the applicant fails to install its equipment on the installation date in conjunction with the make-ready work, the applicant shall pay the state or political subdivision for its actual and direct costs associated with any work required to be conducted by the state or political subdivision after the installation date provided by the applicant.”.
