AB387-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB387-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 8: delete “current use of the property" and substitute “use of the property as of the current assessment date".

AB387-AA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 9: delete “in the immediate future" and substitute “ before the next assessment date".

AB387-AA2,1,6 3. Page 3, line 9: after “possible," insert “not speculative,".

AB387-AA2,1,9 4. Page 3, line 12: after “value." insert “In this subsection, “legally permissible” does not include a conditional use that has not been granted as of the assessment date.".

AB387-AA2,1,10 5. Page 3, line 14: delete “leased".

AB387-AA2,2,2 6. Page 3, line 15: delete “consider the" and substitute “consider, as part of the valuation under sub. (1), any".
