AB575-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB575-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute:

AB575-AA1,1,4 “(b) No person may operate a recreational vessel carrying on board a passenger who is under the age of 10 unless any of the following applies:”.

AB575-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

AB575-AA1,1,9 “(c) No person may operate a recreational vessel during any time when a person under the age of 10 is participating in a recreational activity that involves being towed by the recreational vessel unless the person is wearing a properly fitting personal flotation device.”.
