AB69-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 9: after that line insert:

AB69-AA1,1,8 “(2m) Physician to report results. The treating physician of an eligible patient who uses an investigational drug, device, or biological product as provided in this section shall, at the conclusion of treatment, provide the federal food and drug administration and the manufacturer with a written summary of the results of the use of the investigational drug, device, or biological product, including any adverse effects.”.
