AB69-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

AB69-AA2,1,7 “(cm) Has been unable to participate in a clinical trial for the investigational drug, device, or biological product within 100 miles of his or her home address. An individual satisfies the criterium under this paragraph if he or she has applied to participate in any such clinical trial and has not been accepted to participate within one week after completion of the application process.”.
