Page 13, line 23: after “dishonored." insert “If a lessee's attempted payment is denied or dishonored, the rental-purchase company may submit the attempted payment no more than one additional time in an effort to collect the payment, whether this effort involves presentment of the lessee's check, initiation of an electronic funds transfer from the lessee's account, submission of the lessee's credit card information for payment processing, or otherwise.".
