AB759-ASA1-AA6,1,2 1. Page 9, line 4: after “420.07" insert “(1)".

AB759-ASA1-AA6,1,5 2. Page 13, line 19: delete “Certain fees prohibited." and substitute “Limitation on certain fees and returned payments. (1) Certain fees prohibited.".

AB759-ASA1-AA6,1,6 3. Page 13, line 23: after that line insert:

AB759-ASA1-AA6,1,11 “(2) Limitation on resubmission of certain payment transactions. If a payment under a rental-purchase agreement processed through the Automated Clearing House network is returned for reasons of insufficient or uncollected funds, the transaction may be reinitiated a maximum of 2 times in an attempt to collect the funds.”.
