AB88-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

AB88-AA1,1,5 “ Section 2g. 939.619 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

AB88-AA1,1,8 939.619 (3) If the court finds that the best interests of the community will be served and the public will not be harmed, the court, for good cause stated, may impose a sentence that is less than the sentence required under sub. (2).”.
