AB944-AA4,1,2 1. Page 7, line 24: after that line insert:

AB944-AA4,1,7 “(e) A retailer may opt not to offer the exemption under par. (b) if the retailer provides a clear and concise notification to all consumers who enter the retailer's premises during the 2-day period described in par. (b) that the retailer is not offering the exemption. The option not to offer the exemption under this paragraph applies to all eligible property for the entire 2-day period described in par. (b).”.
