Page 2, line 10: after “months." insert “ The sentence imposed may be less than the mandatory minimum under this subdivision if the person agrees to complete a treatment program, including a suspended and deferred prosecution program, that provides alternatives to prosecution and incarceration for criminal offenders who abuse alcohol or other drugs.".
