SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 446

SB446-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB446-SA1,1,5 1. Page 9, line 14: delete “release and" and substitute “release. In counties with a population of 750,000 or more, the committee shall select a residence in the person's city, village, or town of residence, as determined by the department of health services under s. 980.105 (2m). The report".

SB446-SA1,1,6 2. Page 13, line 11: delete that line and substitute:

SB446-SA1,1,7 “ Section 30c. 980.105 (2m) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB446-SA1,1,10 980.105 (2m) (intro.) The department shall determine a person's city, village, or town of residence for the purposes of s. 980.08 (5) (4) (dm) 1. by doing all of the following:”.
