SB61-SSA2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB61-SSA2-SA1,1,2 1. Page 11, line 12: delete “shall" and substitute “may".

SB61-SSA2-SA1,1,6 2. Page 11, line 13: delete the material beginning with “state." and ending with “claimed" on line 15 and substitute “state if the court finds that the forfeiting agency or prosecuting attorney has arbitrarily and capriciously pursued the forfeiture action”.

SB61-SSA2-SA1,1,7 3. Page 22, line 22: delete “shall" and substitute “may".
