SB637-SSA1-SA1,1,3 “ Section 3h. 799.01 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 799.01 (2) (a).

SB637-SSA1-SA1,3k Section 3k. 799.01 (2) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

SB637-SSA1-SA1,1,9 799.01 (2) (b) A lessee under a rental-purchase agreement, as defined in s. 420.01 (7), may, at the lessee's option, use the procedure in this chapter in an action to recover damages under s. 420.14 (1) and, if applicable, costs and attorney fees under s. 420.14 (4), regardless of the amount claimed in the action. This chapter is not the exclusive procedure for these actions.”.
