AB152-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB152-AA2,1,7 1. Page 6, line 20: delete “Any person who violates sub. (2) (h) or (i) is guilty of a Class F felony for the first violation and is guilty of a Class D felony for a 2nd or subsequent violation. Any person who violates sub. (2) (j) or (k) is guilty of a Class G felony for the first violation and is guilty of a Class E felony for a 2nd or subsequent violation." and substitute “Any person who violates sub. (2) (h) to (k) is guilty of a Class B felony.".
