ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 442

AB442-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB442-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: in the column for the 2019-20 fiscal year, delete “$750,000” and substitute “-0-".

AB442-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 11: after “into" insert “and participates in".

AB442-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 14: delete “2019-20" and substitute “2020-21".

AB442-AA1,1,7 4. Page 2, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with on page 3, line 2, and substitute:

AB442-AA1,1,8 “ Section 4m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB442-AA1,1,11 (1) Notwithstanding s. 118.50 (2) (a), in the 2019-2020 school year, a school board may enter into a whole grade sharing agreement under s. 118.50 until May 1, 2020.”.
