AB462-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 13: after that line insert:

AB462-AA1,1,5 “ Section 3m. Effective date.

AB462-AA1,1,7 (1) This act takes effect on the 2nd day after publication of the 2021 biennial budget act.”.
