AB515-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB515-AA2,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: delete “and granting rule-making authority" and substitute
3“, granting rule-making authority, and providing a penalty".

AB515-AA2,1,4 42. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

AB515-AA2,1,7 5“(4) Penalty. Any person who violates this section shall be fined not less than
6$100 and not more than $1,000, for the first offense; and for each subsequent offense,
7fined not less than $500 and not more than $5,000.”.
