AB660-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB660-AA2,1,5 1. Page 2, line 12: before “The department shall" insert “As it relates to any determination of medical necessity, when a complex needs patient is in need of complex rehabilitation technology, the patient shall obtain prior authorization as set forth under this subsection.".

AB660-AA2,1,7 2. Page 2, line 12: on lines 12 and 15, delete “physician" and substitute “qualified health care professional".
