AB849-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB849-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 16: delete “school." and substitute “school located in this state.".

AB849-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 17: after “organization" insert “located in this state and".

AB849-AA1,1,4 3. Page 5, line 8: after that line insert:

AB849-AA1,1,5 “ Section 8m. 118.52 (1) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB849-AA1,1,8 118.52 (1) (f) “Rural school district” means a school district that had a membership, as defined in s. 121.004 (5), of no more than 745 pupils in the previous school year.”.

AB849-AA1,1,9 4. Page 11, line 12: delete “community" and substitute “ school district".

AB849-AA1,1,11 5. Page 11, line 24: delete “in a rural community" and substitute “ located within the geographical boundaries of a rural school district".
