SR2-SA2,1,3 “ Section 7m. Senate rule 96m is created to read:

SR2-SA2,1,11 Senate Rule 96m. Legal services contracts. The majority leader shall provide a report to members of the amounts expended for legal services under a contract that is approved by the senate committee on organization or the joint committee on legislative organization. The report shall itemize all attorney fees and shall include the names of the attorneys, their hourly rates, and the hours billed. The report shall be provided to members no later than 7 days after receipt of any bill for the payment of legal services. For the purposes of producing this report, the majority leader shall waive attorney-client privilege.”.
