AB148-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB148-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete “services and" and substitute “services,".

AB148-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 4: delete “state" and substitute “state, and the unemployment insurance waiting period".

AB148-AA1,1,5 3. Page 6, line 5: after that line insert:

AB148-AA1,1,7 “ Section 5n. 108.04 (3) (b) of the statutes, as affected by 2021 Wisconsin Act 4, is amended to read:

AB148-AA1,1,12 108.04 (3) (b) Paragraph (a) does not apply with respect to benefit years that begin after March 12, 2020, and before March 14 September 5, 2021. The department shall seek the maximum amount of federal reimbursement for benefits that are, during the time period specified in this paragraph, payable for the first week of a claimant's benefit year as a result of the application of this paragraph.”.
