AB2-AA4,1,3 “ Section 87m. 71.98 (10) of the statutes is created to read:

AB2-AA4,1,6 71.98 (10) Paycheck protection program loan deduction. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2019, sections 276 (a) and (b) and 278 (a) of division N of P.L. 116-260, relating to the paycheck protection program loan deduction.”.
