AB208-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB208-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 17: delete “subs. (3) and" and substitute “sub.".

AB208-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 21: after “purpose" insert “, in the instrument that created the access easement, or in a deed restriction, covenant, or declaration that sets forth the respective maintenance and repair obligations of the beneficial users".

AB208-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 21: delete “an agreement" and substitute “a document and except as provided under sub. (3)".
