AB250-ASA2-AA2,1,4 2. Page 14, line 4: delete “revocation or refusal to issue or" and substitute “revocation.".

AB250-ASA2-AA2,1,6 3. Page 14, line 5: delete that line and substitute “If the department revokes any permit”.

AB250-ASA2-AA2,1,7 4. Page 14, line 7: delete “refusal to issue, refusal to renew,".
