AB335-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB335-AA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 8.

AB335-AA2,1,4 32. Page 2, line 11: delete the material beginning with “from the appropriation"
4and ending with “donations," on line 12.

AB335-AA2,1,5 53. Page 5, line 3: delete lines 3 to 8 and substitute:

AB335-AA2,1,10 6“(3) Grant program funding. In the 2021-23 fiscal biennium, the department
7of justice shall request the joint committee on finance to supplement from the
8appropriation under s. 20.865 (4) (a) an appropriation under s. 20.455 (2) created in
9any legislation enacted during the 2021-22 legislative session with sufficient funds
10for the department to award grants under s. 165.98.”.
