AB563-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB563-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: after “requirements;" insert “providing an exemption from rule-making procedures;".

AB563-AA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 15: after that line insert:

AB563-AA1,1,5 “ Section 6m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB563-AA1,2,2 (1) Review by joint committee for review of administrative rules; exemption. Notwithstanding s. 227.19 (5), the proposed rule required under s. 115.28 (66) (a) is not subject to review by the joint committee for review of administrative rules under s. 227.19 (5). Notwithstanding s. 227.19 (5) (a), each committee having jurisdiction under s. 227.19 (4) over the proposed rule shall report the proposed rule or any objection to the department of public instruction, and, notwithstanding s. 227.19 (5) (c), upon receipt of that report, the department of public instruction may promulgate the proposed rule.”.
