AB565-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB565-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: delete “not fewer than 3" and substitute “multiple".

AB565-ASA1-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 9: delete the material beginning with “The department" and ending with “bid criteria." on line 10.

AB565-ASA1-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 22: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 7, and substitute:

AB565-ASA1-AA2,1,7 “ Section 2. Initial applicability.

AB565-ASA1-AA2,1,11 (1) If the department of corrections has a contract in effect on the effective date of this subsection with a vendor who provides services substantially similar to those specified in s. 301.323 (2), this act first applies to a solicitation for bids for services to be provided upon completion or termination of the contract.”.
